ABOUT ON BRAND

On Brand is a consulting and graphic design platform that helps side hustlers, freelancers and solopreneurs create a foundation for their brands. Creative entrepreneur Jenn Floyd, provides strategy sessions, graphic and web design as well as On Brand’s signature product - the On Brand Deck. She uses her knowledge from Pratt & F.I.T and experience as a former side-hustler to help her clients create a clear action plan to elevate their branding and online presence.

Jenn’s professional background is in Operations Management where she trained and created processes for brands like Apple, Mattel & CBS. While freelancing on the side, Jenn was hired as a Creative Director for Equality for Her, where she learned how to create engaging visuals to bring attention to powerful messages. This is the basis of her one-one work with clients - always putting branding first. Jenn’s experience in the D&AD New Blood Shift Program furthered her knowledge of branding, marketing and design which she incorporates into On Brand.
